3 cup vinegar
4 cups white sugar
2 large onions, grated
6-7 beets

Step 1

1. Bring Vinegar, sugar, and onions to a boil till onions cooked
2. Cook beets and peel and slice - put in jars and pour boiled liquid into jars and seal
