- 2 Lb. Pork Tenderloin
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce (low sodium)
- 1 Tbs. Yellow Mustard
- 2-3 Tbs. Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbs. Olive Oil
- 2 Tbs. Dried Onions, diced
- 1 1/2 Tbs. Garlic Salt or Garlic Powder

Mix ingredients and pour over tenderloin in Crock Pot. Cook on low for 6 hours.
