Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan
- 1 1/2 lb. asparagus (2 bunches)
- 1 T. oiive oil
- Coarse salt
- Ground pepper
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 20mins
Preheat oven to 450. Trim tough ends from asparagus.
On a rimmed baking sheet, toss asparagus with olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
Spread in an even layer.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Roast until asparagus is tender and cheese is melted, 10-15 minutes.
