Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 tbs grainy mustard
- 3 tbl lemon juice
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- 3 cups lump crab meat flaked
- 2 rip avocados peeled, seeded and diced
- kosher salt
- pepper
- 8 slices sour dough bread
- 1/4 cup mint leaves

Step 1
For the dressing combine the mayo, mustard, 1 tbs of the lemon juice, horseradish, lemon peel and hot sauce in medium bowl. stir to mix well.
Combine the dressing with the crab meat and avocado and remaining lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste, garnish with mint leaves. Serve over toasted bread slices
