Asparagis Parmigiana

Ingredients

  • 16 stalks asparagus, cleaned & trimmed
  • 2 TBL butter
  • 2 TBL grated parmesan cheese
  • S & P

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 350
cook asparagus in boiling salted water
for 5-7 min or until al dente
drain

melt butter in ovenproof pan
add asparagus & saute for 5 min
sprinkle w/ cheese
add S & P

bake 2 min
transfer to broiler & gratinee for 2
min or until golden brown
serve
