Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grind almonds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey optional
  • 2 cups pure water
  • 9 9

Preparation

Step 1

Add sweetener,1 cup water and powder almonds in a blender foe 2 min.to form a smooth cream.With blender on high,add remaining cup of water slowly and blend for 2 min.
Place the strainer over a large bowl;toensure a smooth milk,line the strainer with cheesecloth or strain the milk twice.
Will keep in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
