Asian Skirt Steak

Ingredients

  • 6 TBL olive oil
  • 1/2 C soy Sauce
  • 2 TBL honey
  • 2 TBL lime juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 TBL ground ginger
  • 1 tsp lemon peel
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 LBS skirt steak, trimed

Preparation

Step 1

mix all ingredients (less steak) in sm.
bowl until well blended
place steak in glass dish
rub seasoning mix all over steak
cover
refrig - 1 hr or longer for extra flavor

grill steak on med-high heat 3-4 min per
side or until med-rare doneness

remove steak to cutting board
let stand 5 min before slicing

slice across grain into thin slices
