Artichokes Au Gratin

Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • 4 TBL plain or seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 12oz jar marinated artichoke bottoms,
  • drained & patted dry
  • 1 1/2 tsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 LB soft sheep's milk cheesde or brie
  • rind removed, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 350
brush 9" square baking dish w/ olive oil
sprinkle w/ TBL breadcrumbs
place artichokes cut side up on bread-
crumbs
brush or drizzle w/ olive oil
sprinkle w/ 1 TBL breadcrumbs &
parmesan

bake 15 min
remove from oven & preheat broiler
divide cheese among artichokes
sprinkle w/ remaining 1 TBL breadcrumbs
broil until cheese starts to bubble &
topping browns - 3-4 min
