Ponzu

Ingredients

  • Soy Sauce (Dark)
  • Dashi
  • lemon juice
  • rice vinegar
  • mirin

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a 4:4:2:1 manner, where you have equal amounts of lemon juice/rice vinegar, but combined they are half as much as the soy sauce and dashi. Heat in a microwave just to boiling point then let cool. Refrigerate.
