Ingredients
- 1/2 c. 2% milk
- 3 T. sugar
- 1 T. unsweetened cocoa
- dash of salt
- 1/4 c. 60% cacao chocolate chips (Ghiradelli)
- 1/4 t. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 4 ingredients in small saucepan; bring to boil, stirring constantly with a whisk. Stir in chocolate chips. Let stand 1 minute.
Cook over medium heat 1 minute or until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Remove pan from heat; stir in vanilla.
