Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Preparation

Step 1


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together butter and brown sugar. Add in the egg and vanilla and mix until combined.
Add in the baking powder, baking soda, salt, flour, chocolate chips, and cranberries.
Pour into a greased 9x13" pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
