Baked French Toast
- 1 Loaf cinnamon swirl bread cut into cubes
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins
- 6 eggs beaten
- 3 cups half and half or milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- confectioners sugar
Mix bread and cranberries in 3 qt shallow greased dish
Mix eggs, half n half and vanilla extract. Pour over bread mixture.
Refrigerate overnight or at least one hour.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar
