Chef Mickey Cheesy Bacon Potatoes

Ingredients

• 2 cups shredded potatoes
• 4 cups cheese sauce
• 1/2 cup whole milk
• 1/3 bacon bits (reserve 2 tbs)
• 1 tsp dill
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup chredded mozzerella

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine ingrediants except for shredded cheeses and 2 tbs bacon. Mix well. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. Spread mixture into sprayed dish and place in oven and bake for 35 minutes until potatoes are tender. top with shredded cheeses and remaining bacon bits. Place back in oven 10-15 minutes. Let rest out of oven 10 minutes
