Oh-So-Good Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons sour cream
  • 4-6 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa + taco sauce
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 8 ounces boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and diced (season w/ taco seasoning before cooking)
  • tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1



Combine sour cream, cheese, salsa, rice, and chicken. Place in a greased casserole dish. Put tortilla chips on top.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 to 35 minutes.
