Ingredients
- 1 Cup Low Fat (1%) Milk
- 1 Cup Low Fat & Low Sodium Chicken Broth (free)
- 2 Tablespoons flour (either whole wheat, rice, almond, or any other fixed approved flour)
- 1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese {the real stuff not the powder kind ;)}
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder or (1 clove fresh garlic minced* see note at bottom)
- 1 tablespoon of organic butter

Preparation
Step 1
1.In a large pan add milk, chicken broth, and butter. Bring to a slow boil and slowly stir in flour and garlic powder until mixed well.
2.Bring it down to a low boil and add in cheese and continue to stir until melted and mixed well with other ingredients.
3.Serve over your choice of fixed approved pasta, veggies, and/or protein
