Ingredients
- 2 lbs green beans trimmed
- 1-1/2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans, return to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes or until bright green and crisp. Drain well and set aside.
2. Return the pot to medium high
3. Add the butter and hazelnuts and stir until the nuts are lightly roasted and fragrant. about 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the green b eans and stir until heated through.
5. Add the cheese and toss until melted.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
