  • Cupcakes:
  • 1/3 /4 Cup Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Chocolate Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • A Pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Butter, softened
  • 1 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cups Shaken Buttermilk
  • Mini Snickers or Milky Ways Bites



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Mix the flour, chocolate, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, and set aside. In your mixer we whipped the butter and sugar we added the eggs and vanilla. The final step was to alternate between 1/3 of the buttermilk and 1/3 of the dry ingredients, mixing well and scraping the sides after addition, until everything was incorporated. Line your cupcake pan and fill them 2/3 full and bake them for about 10 minutes. Remove them and put your mini snickers or milky way in the center, you might have to push it down a little a little bit. Bake it for another 8-10 minutes longer until a toothpick comes out clean when poked down the center.
