Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs boneless chicken pieces
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can french onion soup
- mushrooms
- 1 cup dry white wine or chicken broth (or both)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Put chicken in the slow cooker
2. Combine soups (and wine) and pour over chicken
3. Add mushrooms
4. Cover and cook on Low 6-8 hours
5. Serve over rice, pasa or potatoes
