A place where ideas grow

Get the cream in a saucepan, but do not switch on the heat yet. Put the gelatin powder on the surface of the cream. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Then turn on low heat and come in sugar and seeds from one vanilla pod in. Stir well. Do not let the cream boil, and when all the gelatin is melted, you can chop the chocolate and put in. Stir until the chocolate is dissolved.

Add the mixture into 4 molds and let it set in the refrigerator for 5 hours or overnight.

Take a plate and place on top and turn around. If the panna cottaen don’t come out, then make a bowl of warm water, and set the mold in for 10-30 seconds depending on how hot the water is. Then the plate on top, and turn it upside down and give it perhaps a few shake, then it should come out!
