- 1 can tuna in water, drained very well
- 1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1 teaspoon real fine chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- All to taste
- lemon juice
- Walnuts, chopped very fine.
Crumble tuna very fine. Mix all together until well blended. Roll into ball. Roll ball into chopped walnuts.
Wrap in saran wrap and then aluminum foil.
Refrigerate at least overnight until ready to serve. Serve with your favorite cracker.
