Ingredients
- 1 pound frozen edamame in the pods
- 1 Tbl olive oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- lime juice to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook edamame until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain.
Heat oil, pepper flakes and garlic in skillet over medium heat, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in edamame, some lime juice and salt.
