Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp of Sesame Oil
- 1 squeeze lemon grass
- Chopped Fresh Ginger
- 1 # Shrimp
- 1/4 Cup of Vegetable Broth
- 1 Tbsp of White Wine
- 1 tsp of Curry
- 2 tsp of Fresh Basil (or 1/2 tsp Dry)
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil with medium heat. If using ginger let cook into the oil for a minute or two.
Add shrimp. Give them a few minutes to begin cooking up.
When the shrimp are about 3/4 cooked, turn the heat down to medium low and add in your broth, wine, lime juice and curry. Give it a minute or two to warm back up.
Add basil.
Serve it up with rice.
