Ingredients
- 4 c. water
- 2 raspberry leaf tea bags
- 2 lemongrass tea bags
- 1 spearmint tea bag
- 1 rose petal muslin gag (handmade)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 c. honey
- juice of 1 whole lemon- about 3 T. juice
Preparation
Step 1
1. Boil water, add all bags and the cinnamon stick and honey and simmer on low for 10 minutes.
2. Add lemon juice, remove pan from heat and let tea cool to lukewarm
3. Pour into molds and insert sticks.
4. Freeze until solid.
