Kacy's Banana Bread

Ingredients

• In a 2nd bowl:
• 4 Very Ripe Bananas
• 1 T Lemon Juice
• -Smoosh these together with a fork
• 1/2 cup Butter - softened
• 1 cup Sugar
• -Cream together
• 2 Eggs
• -Beat in
• -Add the banana mixture
• 2 cups Flour
• 1 t Baking Soda
• 1/2 t Salt
• -Mix In
• 3/4 cup Chopped Pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Grease & Flour Loaf Pan
Preheat Oven 350

1/2 cup Butter - softened
1 cup Sugar
-Cream together
2 Eggs
-Beat in
-Add the banana mixture
2 cups Flour
1 t Baking Soda
1/2 t Salt
-Mix In
3/4 cup Chopped Pecans

Bake 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
