Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cups boiling water with 2 chicken Oxo cubes, dissolved
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in frying pan. Add rice and onions. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.Put in 11/2 quart casserole dish. Stir in water and Oxo. COVER. Bake at 425* for 25-30 minutes.
