PB and J Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2/3 cup Stonyfield French Vanilla Yogurt
  • 2 large tablespoons peanut butter or other nut butter
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • Optional protein powder

Put ingredients in order listed into a high powered blender and process until smooth.
