Apple Dish with Friends

Can't recall where I got this recipe --- but try it!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups apples; peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • Add: dried cranberries, raisins and pecans to your liking

Preparation

Step 1

Spray 9 x 13 dish
Lay apples on bottom and cover with remaining ingredients. Cover with foil.
Bake 325 degrees for 45 minutes or so then stir a few times and then cover for another 45 minutes or so.
