Ingredients
- 8 oz. chopped dark chocolate
- 2 c. whole milk
- 3 T. choped almonds, plus extra for texture
- 1 T. flaxseed
Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt the dark chocolate in the top of a double boiler. Once melted pour the chocolate into blender and add milk, 3 T. chopped almonds and flaxseed. Blend all ingredients together into a smooth texture.
2. Add extra chopped almonds for crunch; stir, but do not blend.
3. Pour into molds and insert sticks.
4. Freeze until solid.
