- Recipe for béchamel sauce :
- 1/2 cup of whipping cream
- 1/2 liter of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg

- 150 g grated mozzarella
- 30 g of butter
- 3 1/2 tablespoons of flour

The lasagne was super delicious! It is quick to make and it does not require many kitchen skills to do it! So try it! yum!
You can also easily purchase béchamel sauce in the stores, this makes the lasagna extra fast to make, and it tastes just fine.
Chop the onion and garlic, and sauté them in a pan with a little oil. Then add the meat and fry until it is cooked through. Put the tomato paste, the skinned tomatoes , oregano and chili in. Add the broth and season with salt and pepper. Let the mixture simmer while you make the Béchamel sauce. If you purchased the sauce, then just let it simmer for fifteen minutes .
Throw the butter in a saucepan and add the flour. Then begin adding the milk little by little while mixing. When all the milk is added, then pour the cream and the cheese in. When everything is well mixed and the cheese is melted, then add the nutmeg and taste with salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C hot air for just 200 regulare.
Take an ovenproof dish and add a little butter at the buttom and cover the bottom with pasta sheets. Pour then a little meat sauce and a little béchamel over, and then pasta sheets again and then the meat and the sauce and so on, and so eventually cover the top with the last béchamel sauce, bread crumbs and cheese. Set the lasagna in the oven at 180 ° C hot air for 35 minutes. Then the lovely lasagna is ready!
