Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 sm onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cans (15 oz ea) tomato sauce
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 Tbls olive oil
- 3 Tbls brown sugar
- salt & pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in large skillet. Drain well and return beef to skillet. Stir in tomatoes, sauce, oil and brown sugar. Simmer, covered, over medium-low heat for 15 minutes. Serve over your favorite pasta or use in any recipe calling for spaghetti sauce.
