Ingredients

  • 1 bag Ore-Ida Steam n' Mash Cut Russet Potatoes
  • 1 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup cubed butter
  • 1 box stuffing for turkey
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 cups cubed cooked turkey
  • 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup divided sour cream
  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1

Heat Steam n' Mash potatoes according to package directions, do not mash. Meanwhile, saute onion and celery in butter until tender.

Combine stufing mix with vegetables and chicken broth. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.

In another bowl, combine turkey, soup, garlic powder and 1/4 cup sour cream. Pour over stuffing mix. Mash potatoes with cream cheese and 1/2 cup sour cream, season to taste. Top turkey mixgture with mashed potatoes and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
