pumpkin roll

Ingredients

  • cake batter:
  • 3 eggs - beat 5 min
  • 1 c sugar
  • 3/4 c flour
  • 2/3 c pumpkin
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 2 t cinnamon
  • 1 t nutmeg
  • cream cheese mix:
  • cream together:
  • 1 c 10x sugar
  • 6 oz cream cheese (room temp)
  • 4 t butter (soft)
  • 1/2 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

grease baking sheet well, pour batter, bake 375 15 min. Roll in tea towel, cool 30 min. Unroll, spread filling, roll and freeze.
