Raspberry Summer Sensation
- 2 cups Raspberry sorbet, softened
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding 1 cup cold milk
- 2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 1 cup Raspberries

SPOON sorbet into foil-lined 9x5-inch loaf pan; press firmly to form even layer. Freeze 10 min.
BEAT pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in Cool Whip; spread over sorbet.
FREEZE 3 hours or until firm. Unmould dessert onto plate about 15 min. before serving; top with berries. Let stand until dessert is slightly softened before slicing to serve.
