Coke Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 2 Cups Flour
• 2 Cups Sugar Sifted together in a bowl
• 2 Sticks of Butter
• 3 Tablespoons Cocoa
• 1 Cup Coke (room temp)
• 2 Eggs
• 1 Cup of Buttermilk
• 1 Tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 1/2 cup of small marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Boil butter, cocoa, and coke together for 1/2 minute and add to flour/sugar mixture in a bowl and mix together.

In another bowl, beat 2 eggs, add butter milk, baking soda, vanilla, marshmallows and mix together.

Add this to the flour mixture stir/blend but do not beat.

Pour into a greased flour. Bake 350 for 45 minutes. Or grease and flour cookie sheet (16 X 12) and bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
