Ingredients
- 1 c. quinoa
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. blueberries
- 5 T, agave nectar
- 1/4 c. coconut sugar
- 2 bananas
- 1 c. yogurt
- 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a pot, combine the quinoa with the water, cover with a lid and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and let simmer for about 10 mintues or until the water is absorbed.
2. Transfer quinoa to a blender and add the bluberries, agave nectar, coconut sugar, bananas, yogurt, and milk. Blend all ingredients together to a smooth texture.
3. Pour into molds and insert sticks.
4. Freeze until solid
