Ingredients
- Custard:
- 7 Granny Smith Apples
- Pinch of Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Bisquick
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- Crumble:
- 1 Cup Bisquick
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts
- 3 Tbs. Butter, hard
- Heavy Cream

Preparation
Step 1
Butter a 10" pie plate. Sprinkle the sliced apples with cinnamon and nutmeg and mix well. Place the apples in a pie plate. Beat together the ingredients for the custard and pour it over the apples. Mix together the ingredients for the crumble and cut in the butter. Sprinkle this over the apples and press down lightly. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream or warm with ice cream.
