CHOCOLATE FROSTING

Ingredients

  • 2 squares of Baker’s unsweetened chocolate
  • 4 T of butter
  • 1/3 C of milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pound of confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 1/2 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate and butter. Add milk and salt.
Stir until thickened. Gradually add pound box of
confectioner’s sugar - sifted. Add vanilla.
Add milk as needed to thin - sugar to thicken.
