  • 1 rib roast

Preparation

Step 1

Put meat out to return to room temperature. Coat both ends with salt. Sear on top of stove to seal in juices. Place in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degree. Total time is about 12- 15 minutes per pound for rare to medium roast.
