Vegetable salad is a delightful combination of fresh vegetables,makes this salad hard to resist.

Ingredients
- 2 cucumber
- 1 radish
- 2-3 carrots
- 2-3 tomatoes
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. Wash & wipe all the vegetables.
2. Cut the cucumber in desired shape. I have cut it in leaves shape.
3. Slice the tomatoes in circular shape.
4. Now grate carrot, radish.
5. Take a bowl, add olive oil, black pepper, salt & lemon juice. Mix it
well.
6. Add this dressing separately in cucumber, radish, tomatoes & carrot.
Toss them well.
7. Take a serving plate, arrange the cucumber in a circle, then grated
carrot & radish.
8. In the center put tomato slices one over the other. garnish with
coriander leaves.
9. Healthy vegetable salad is ready to serve.
