8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
c lemon juice
tsp vanilla extract
14-oz can cherry pie filling, chilled
Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1. Soften cream cheese 15 seconds in microwave. 2. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. 3. Add condensed milk, blend thoroughly. 4. Stir in lemon juice & vanilla. 5. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill 3 hours or until firm. 6. Top with desired amount of pie filling. 7. Serve immediately or chill again until ready to serve.
