  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. shredded cheese + extra for browning on top (your favorite)

2. Grease 9 x 9 baking dish
3. Mix all ingredients together
4. Bake 45 minutes (+/-) until set
5. Sprinkle with additional cheese
