Sweet and Salty Fudge Bars

A great no bake dessert to prepare for the holidays. This is a quick and easy dessert that everyone would love to receive in a cookie exchange
Ingredients

- 2 cups (500mL) pretzels, broken into 1/2” (1cm) pieces
- 2 cups (500mL) graham cracker cookie pieces
- 1 cup (250mL) mini marshmallows
- 20 oz (600g) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 can (300mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Drizzle
- 4 oz (125g) white chocolate, chopped (1/2 cup/125mL), melted
Preparation
Step 1
1. Line a 9” x 13” (3L) baking dish with parchment paper, overlapping the 2 longer sides for easy removal.
2. Place pretzels, graham cracker cookie pieces and mini marshmallows in a large bowl.
3. Combine chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a heat proof bowl. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat. Place bowl over water making sure the water does not touch the bottom of the bowl. Stir occasionally until chocolate is melted and combined with sweetened condensed milk.
4. Spoon chocolate mixture over pretzel mixture. Stir to combine. Press mixture into prepared baking dish. Drizzle with melted white chocolate.
5. Chill 1 to 2 hours or until set. Cut into squares
