Ingredients
- 3/4 C salsa
- 1/3 C apricot preserves
- 1/4 C orange juice
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast
- halves (5oz each)
- 1 C hot cooked rice
Preparation
Step 1
in sm. bowl, combine salsa, preserves &
orange juice
in 1 1/2qt slow cooker coated w/ cooking
spray, layer 1/3 C salsa mixture &
a chicken breast
repeat layers
top w/ remaining salsa
cover & cook on low for 2 1/2-3 hrs or
until tender
if desired, thicken pan juices
serve w/ rice
