Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

  • 1 14-oz can artichoke hearts drained, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese, for topping
  • 1 small box spinach, drained



Step 1

Mix all ingredients except grated parmesan.
Spoon into 9-in pie plate or oven-proof dish.
Sprinkle top with grated parmesan.
Bake at 350 20-25 min or until lightly browned.

Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or assorted cocktail breads.
