Chicken in apple mustard sauce

Ingredients

• 4 Chicken breasts
• 2 tnsp butter
• 1 cup apple juice
• 1 medium onion sliced
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp thyme
• 4 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 apple

Preparation

Step 1

Flatten breasts, melt butter...add chicken to pan and brown....add juice, onion, garlic, and thyme
Add mustard and stir
Add Apple slices
