Ingredients
- 4 small Granny Smith apples
- 1/4 c. packed dark brown sugar
- 2 Tb. raisins
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Core and cut ring around each apple with a knife. Mix brown sugar, raisins, lemon rind and cinnamon in a small bowl. Spoon mixture into cored centers. Wrap each apple in heavy-duty foil with shiny side against the apple. Grill over warm coals for 40 minutes, turning occasionally. Unwrap carefully to serve.
