- 1-1/2 lb chop meat
- 2/3 cup onion
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/4 cup bell pepper (red)
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1-2 tablespoons worchesire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In large frying pan, brown meat.
Add onions and peppers. Cook for five minutes.
Add all remaining ingredients. Adjust ketchup and worchesire sauce to taste.
