Ingredients

  • 8 oz. chopped white chocolate
  • 2 c. unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 t. wheat germ
  • 3 T. raw agave nectar
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt white chocolate pieces in the top of a double boiler. As the chocolate
starts to melt, add the coconut milk and stir to combine.
2. When chocolate and coconut milk are melted together, remove from heat and pour mixture into a blender. Add the wheat germ , agave nectar, and chopped walntus to the blender with the chocolate. Let cool to room temperature.
3. Blend all ingredients together into a smooth texture.
4. Pour mixture into chosen pop molds and put sticks in place.
5. Freeze until solid.
