- 1/2 cup rice milk (plain or unsweetened)
- 1 oz. chopped walnuts (sprinkle on top)
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup dark cherries
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup ice
