The Health Nut Baked Sweet Potato Fries

These oven-baked sweet potato fries are simple, healthy and delicious. They are so good that I forget that they are actually healthy.
Ingredients
- Sweet Potatoes, spiraled using larger noodle blade
- 5 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs

Preparation
Step 1
Add 5 tablespoon dijon mustard, 2 tablespoon olive oil, 1 clove garlic (chopped), and 1 teaspoon Italian herbs to a gallon plastic bag. Shake to mix. Add Potatoes
Place potatoes onto parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 450˚F for 30-40 minutes and voila…restaurant quality sweet potato fries without the frying! The spicy mustard really adds a lot of flavor to these fries.
